Ditch clean-up

County Hwy. 18 near my home. Twice a year for the last two years I have been removing other people's trash from this section of road. I am especially grateful for the help I have had by Anne, my wife, and my parents, Vern and Borgie. We usually pick up six to eight bags in about three hours.

Lead-Safe Certified

Underwood Woodworking is now compliant with the recently enacted EPA guidelines related to the safe handling of lead contaminated building components. Any and all homes constructed prior to 1978 are considered to contain lead, most likely in the paint products used. Lead is an accumulating toxin that affects internal organs and brain tissue especially in infants and children. Lead in your home, especially in the form of dust, is known to be a serious health hazard. You need to hire contractors that are trained and certified to handle lead containing products safely.
